Limited food options available, Issues with room maintenance!!! The noise from both street traffic and the nearby metro disrupts any chance of a peaceful night's sleep!!! How about some better parking solutions and more attention to the cleanliness of shared areas!!!

Great service, great location and a great room! We were celebrating our 16th anniversary during our stay and we even got a gift from the Hotel! Rooms were cleaned and towels were replaced every day. The Hotel is about 2 minutes away from the main metro station (hub) so it is easy to travel to wherever you would like to go to in Porto. The city center and the Shopping centers are about 5 to 10 minutes away by foot, but only 2 by metro. For our next trip to Porto we sure will book this hotel again!

Near q big metro station, very easy to go anywhere. Staff is kind, breakfast is good, room is clean and their shower/shampoo gel smells so nice and didnt let my hair feel dry at all.
Maybe it's just our room but it's a bit noisy in the daytime when traffic getting more. Our room seems one of those closest to the road.

The hotel has a great location, walking distance to the old town and directly next to a metro station with link to the airport. The hotel rooms are very stylish and comfortable. The breakfast was great.
Two bulbs of the lamps in our room were broken. This was not fixed during our stay.

We have liked everything about the hotel . especially the front desk staff . the room was very usefull,clean,tastefully decorated and more .. the location of the hotel is great where either you can walk anywhere you want or just walk 2 minutes and get the subway....if you consider rate of the hotel and the service which they provide ,this is the best hotel you can find in porto ... highly recomended .
